In the peak of condition; Our Smoked Prawns are shelled, plump and sweet in taste. Little is left for us to do other than apply our own unique brine and smoke them, gently in the kilns. Shelled warm water prawns smoked and served in a light coating of rapeseed oil, our prawns have a sweet natural flavour.
Shelf live 30 days from dispatch.
Ingredients: Farmed Prawns, Chillian (Penaeus) (Penaeus vannamei), rapeseed oil ,salt, natural wood smoke.. Allergens are identified in bold type.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated between 0° to 5°C. Do not exceed the use by date.
Consume within 3 days of opening.

Care is taken to remove shell but some tiny fragments may remain.
